1. Service Offering
OpenVib® — MyAccountCentral provides a smart link creation and management service with the following features:
- Create short links with date and time expiration
- Create short links with click count expiration
- Automatic QR code generation for each link
- Geolocated click analytics (country, city, device, browser)
- Full management dashboard
- Data export (links, analytics)
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
2. Plans and Pricing
Available plans
- FREE: EUR 0/month — 1 smart link + basic features + email support. Permanent free plan with credit card verification.
- START: EUR 4.99 excl. tax/month — 100 smart links + all features + unlimited exports. Monthly payment with auto-renewal.
- PRO: EUR 9.99 excl. tax/month — 100 smart links + all features + unlimited exports + third-party integrations. Monthly payment with auto-renewal.
All plans allow you to create links with date or click expiration, generate QR codes, and view analytics.
3. Free Plan and Credit Card Verification
The FREE plan is a permanent free plan (not a time-limited trial).
When signing up for the FREE plan, you must provide a valid credit card. A EUR 0 authorization will be made to verify the card's validity. No charge will be made as long as you remain on the FREE plan.
Credit card verification is required to prevent abuse (multiple accounts, spam).
You can upgrade to the START or PRO plan at any time from your account settings.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Monthly subscriptions: automatic charge each month on the anniversary date
- Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- 3D Secure: strong authentication required (European regulation)
- Invoices: available in your Stripe customer portal
5. Failed Payments and Service Suspension
In case of a failed payment (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your service is suspended:
- Immediate suspension: all your smart links are deactivated and redirect to our homepage
- Data preservation: all your data (links, analytics) is fully preserved
- Read-only access: your account remains accessible for viewing but no modifications are possible
- Notification: you receive an email informing you of the suspension with instructions to resolve
How to resolve:
- Log in to your account settings
- Update your payment method or resolve the situation
- Once payment is validated, your links are automatically reactivated
- No data loss
Your Stripe subscription is never automatically cancelled during a failed payment. Suspension is maintained until your payment is resolved, which you can do at any time without losing your data.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
- No pro-rata refund will be made
- Your smart links will be deactivated at the end of the paid period
- Your account remains accessible for future reactivation
- You can upgrade at any time to reactivate your links
7. Data Retention and Deletion
If your subscription is paused (cancellation):
- Your links are deactivated (redirect to the homepage)
- Your account remains accessible
- Your data is preserved
- You can upgrade at any time to reactivate your links
In case of permanent deletion (GDPR Article 17):
- Deletion takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
- You can download a ZIP file containing all your data when requesting deletion
- No data retained after deletion
- No reactivation possible
- Irreversible and permanent deletion
In accordance with GDPR, you can request the export of your data (ZIP format) or the immediate deletion of your account from your account settings.
8. Plan Changes
You can change your plan at any time from your account settings:
- Upgrade (higher plan): billed immediately with pro-rata calculation for the remaining period
- Downgrade (lower plan): takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Switch to FREE: your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the free plan
Downgrading does not delete your existing links. Links exceeding your new plan's limit will be archived. You can manage archiving and reactivation of each link.
9. Liability and Usage
You agree to:
- Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Not create links redirecting to malicious content, phishing, spam, or illegal material
- Not attempt to circumvent security limits (multiple accounts, abusive automation, etc.)
OpenVib® reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account in case of abusive use
- Remove links redirecting to illegal or malicious content
- Modify pricing with 30 days' notice

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
